Coaching improves your awareness, adjusts your viewpoint, and helps you to produce new thoughts, options, and solutions through organised conversations. These realisations can then be incorporated into your mindfulness practise.

Free 30 minute complimentary sessions are offered via Teams, Skype/Zoom/Whatsapp.
Coaching raises awareness, adjusts perspective, and helps you to produce new thoughts, options, and solutions through organised interactions.
The goal of mindfulness coaching is to aid in the implementation of changes or areas of personal/professional development that have been recognised and agreed upon during coaching sessions. The first meeting's specific goals and objectives are revisited on a regular basis to ensure that coaching continues to satisfy the needs. Coaching strives to be adaptable in response to the stated priorities at any given time.
There is a desire at Metapsych International to create an environment where positive things can happen. It creates a safe environment for people to discuss openly about any topic in complete confidence. A good coach will constantly make sure that tough questions are asked to get to the heart of the issue. This causes a mental shift and aids psychological progress toward your chosen goal. Our attentive coaching approach prepares everyone for goal attainment, based on our considerable experience in Life Coaching and a track record of client success.
As needed, interventions from psychology and coaching will be implemented, and the coach may recommend suitable assignments that will aid in the fulfilment of your objectives.
Integrative Mindfulness, established by Frank Gentles, is a comprehensive mindfulness approach that brings you to a more compassionate heart by integrating three major cognitive areas of mindfulness: attention, thinking, and awareness.
Integrative Mindfulness meditations have essential components that have been recognised, made available, and are simple to comprehend. This collection of tools is tailored to help you develop abilities that will empower and connect you with your genuine self.
Integrative Mindfulness is about more than just being present in the moment; it also includes high-end ideals and beliefs that help you transform with love and kindness.
With the help of a skilled teacher, learn how to meditate and practise integrative mindfulness. Improve your stress or anxiety coping skills and live in peace and joy.
Integrative Mindfulness adapts certain mindfulness exercises from positive psychology to make them more appropriate for individuals in their everyday lives. There are ten teachings in total, each of which clearly reflects characteristics of current life in a tough world.
Integrative Mindfulness lays out a route for you to follow that includes getting to know and love yourself. It uses the fundamentals of meditation to lay the groundwork for attention and self-awareness development. As a result, self-awareness is increased, mental toughness is developed, and overall well-being is increased. There's no going back once you've discovered something about yourself.
Mentoring gives clients help and advice on specific issues. In areas of career, problem solving, forecasting, communications and planning. This includes creative, strategic, tactical or personal endeavours.
While there are overlaps between coaching and mentoring, they require a different set of skills. I am more inclined to focus on the development of our relationship and work in areas such as work/life balance, self-confidence, self-perception, and how these influence your professional endeavours.
I spent 13 years serving in the Royal Air Force (RAF) and left with distinction in 1988 as a Corporal. Since then, as a voluntary mentor for the Probation Service I have helped several ex-service personnel who had lost their way, by supporting them during the probation period and helping them rebuild their lives. This included people with gambling, drug, and alcohol addictions, plus some people suffering with PTSD.
